Active Re-Entry - PERKIE Travels:  Provides daily transportation from Carbon and Emery Counties for cancer patients, including those with breast cancer, to receive their radiation treatments and medical services in Utah County.

ACS - Hispanic/Latina Breast Cancer Education Program in Davis, Salt Lake, Weber and Utah Counties:  Alliance Community Services (ACS) provides extensive breast cancer education programs for the Hispanic/Latina community.

ACS - Hispanic/Latino Breast Cancer Support Group for Survivors and Their Families:  Alliance Community Services (ACS) provides the only Spanish Language Breast Cancer Support Group in the Wasatch front for Hispanic women and their families. This program offers its participants a culturally sensitive, safe place to share and assist one another with mutual support, understanding, caring, encouragement and education on materials and medical information.

Comunidades Unidas - Amiga Mia:  The Amiga Mia Curriculum focuses on a peer to peer mentorship, community outreach and education model that targets effective behavior interventions.  The curriculum will be piloted with a group of community outreach mentors "Amigas" offering breast cancer education and screening in the Latina community.

Cancer Wellness House - Helping Kids and Teens Cope:  This is the only program in Utah specifically designed to help children and teens gain access to educational interventions that address the emotional and physical reactions to parental diagnosis through a variety of psycho-social-therapeutic activities.

CNS - Home Health and Hospice Services to Uninsured/Underinsured Women with Breast Cancer:  Provides a comprehensive, team-centered approach including supportive visits by their staff oncologist, or medical director in outlying offices, and a social worker as prescribed by the patient's physician.  Other services include volunteer services, Lifeline and HomMed Equipment.

Hunstman Cancer Institute - Mammogram Screening for Young, Genetically At-Risk Women:  Provides mammography for women between the ages of 25 and 39 whose families have a strong history of breast cancer or who have known susceptibility mutations.  Many of these women do not have personal financial resources and/or may not want to request payment through their insurance company due to fear of insurance discrimination.  This grant provides the financial resources to offer these women the breast health care they need to detect early breast cancer.

Image Reborn Foundation - Healing Retreats for Young Breast Cancer Survivors and those diagnosed at Stage 4:  Provides healing retreats for women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer to encourage them in a safe setting to reclaim their sense of personal power and strengthen them by providing coping strategies for an improved quality of life.  The monthly retreats offer educational workshops, informational resources, life skills and coping strategies for living well beyond breast cancer.

Utah Cancer Control - UCCP Breast Cancer Screening Project for Younger Women in Utah:  Provides women living in Salt Lake, Utah, Weber and Davis counties who would otherwise qualify for the federally-funded breast cancer screening program by income but who are younger than age 35 and have an abnormality suspicious for cancer on clinical breast exam and no health insurance to receive appropriate and timely diagnostic evaluation.

Utah Healthy Living - Breast Cancer and Cervical Cancer Task Force - Palliative Care for Breast Cancer Survivors:  Raises the awareness of the community about the need for palliative care, educating survivors and providers about palliative care and expanding the Needs Beyond Medicine program to provide financial assistance to more women, men and their children.

Utah Partners for Health - Breast Health Education and Screening Services for the Uninsured and Underserved:  Provides free to low cost breast cancer screening to uninsured and low-income women in Salt Lake County through three medical clinics and an outreach to refugee, immigrant and disenfranchised populations via a mobile medical unit.

Utah Pride Center - Alternative Women's Wellness Program:  Culturally appropriate breast cancer resource materials will be purchased and will be made available at their office as well as at events.  The Breast Dialogues event will provide a venue for heightening awareness in LBT women.  Additionally, a breast health component will be added to the highly successful Utah Pride Festival.

La Casa Del Pueblo - Educacion es Prevencion:  This program provides breast health information to Spanish speaking immigrants in Tooele.
