How to Apply for Funding
Thank you for your interest in the Komen Affiliate grants program. Please click on the links to receive information about the Komen Affiliate grant program, including announcements, Request for Application (RFA) information and networking event information. To be eligible to apply for a Komen Community-Based Grant, your organization must be:
- A federally tax-exempt entity — nonprofit organization, government agency, educational institution or Indian tribe.
- Located or providing services in Utah.
The 2013-2014 Application cycle has closed. Please check back in September 2013 for information on how to apply for the 2014-2015 grant cycle.
