Nancy G. Brinker promised her dying sister, Susan G. Komen, she would do everything in her power to end breast cancer forever. In 1982 that promise became Susan G. Komen for the Cure and launched the global breast cancer movement. 2011 REQUEST FOR GRANT APPLICATIONS

The Komen Salt Lake City Affiliate is proud to announce the availability of grant funds for the fiscal year 2011. Applications for breast cancer and breast health programs from nonprofit organizations, governmental agencies and educational institutions in Davis, Salt Lake, Utah and Weber Counties are eligible for funding.

Deadline for Applications is February 12, 2010
